Bought and washed fresh Dill a month ago. Still looks fine.
Can I use it today to make Dill dip? How long would the dip last?

A month? That's pretty long. Are you sure it isn't radioactive or something? Does it glow in the dark?
Seriously, if it still looks and smells fine, it should be okay. I wouldn't keep any homemade dip for more than a few days anyway.

Honestly, I'm ocd about these things but it still looked fine, that's what threw me off.
You're scaring me, I think I'm just gonna chuck it.
Thanks

That's really odd. I use fresh dill in chicken soup every single week and it never looks usable after the 2 week mark. Often even before!
I would throw it out.

Just FYI, you can freeze fresh dill, so if you have too much, take some out of the package and freeze for later. Put the remainder in a ziploc bag with a paper towel, and it will last a long time.

That's a great idea, to freeze it. I'm always throwing out the extra.
I checked it again before throwing out and it really looks fine. It usually looks bad and mushy after a few days.
So strange.
It's in the garbage.
Thanks everyone!
