I think it means ‘ring around a rosy.. I’m finished being upset ‘ in a sing song kind of way with roigez and broigez rhyming

It was a very special series. Highlighted some nice things in the community. My husband was actually in one of the videos.
Both Shloime and Peter seem like really special people, as well as those he interviewed.
