Does anyone have a recipe for cinnamon cookies? Would love to make one without butter/margarine.

1 1/2 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons corn starch
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
12oz white chocolate chips
