Hi all,
I am having trouble actually getting in touch w someone to get an application for my 2 yr old. I got transferred to a machine and a little bit of a run around. Can someone give me a line to call? Or some contact info to get in touch with someone and get an application!! Would appreciate any help.

Call the main number - 718-941-8000. A secretary will pick up. Ask to be transferred to Mrs. Geller. If she doesn't answer then leave her a message and keep trying.
