Just to note, many of the linen sets on Amazon are microfiber, not cotton. They are very soft but very hot and sweaty. I also find the sheets to constantly be slipping off the mattresses because they're so slippery.
Ikea and Target both offer cotton options

I'm only looking at cotton sets. They come without fitted sheets.

You need to check thread count. Higher thread count will be softer fabric

Most are 200 thread count. Didn't see higher.

That’s not really high
The ones in the local Jewish stores are generally higher .

The local stores don't have a variety of cotton sets. Most are polly cotton. The few cotton sets they have are very expensive.

I just bought this recently although haven't received it yet. I have bought other duvet covers from Pottery Barn in the past though and found the quality to be good.

Also check out Ikea's regular linen category. Especially if your looking for something more elegant. It does not need to be from the kids section.
