How do you get the hood off a Doona???

It's so so dirty and I really want to wash it.
The instructions say to just pull it out but it's not working and I don't want to break it... is it even possible to take it off?

You should be able to unhook the hood from the side, and then slide the fabric off. I have washed that as well as the full seat cover multiple times

The seat cover is hand wash only with mild detergent

The hood is a real chop, you need to really tug super hard for it to come out but once you take it out once ull know for life...

I'm afraid I'm gonna break it. I'm yanking hard as anything but it's not budging

You will feel like your breaking it the first time you remove it. I had to coach my friend on the phone through the process to assure her that it’s the right way to do it and she wasn’t breaking it. Just pull as hard as you can
