Cake pops! Mix crumbs with any frosting, roll into balls. Coat with melted chocolate, toppings, or whatever you want.

Base for cheese cake

Like layered trifle bowl you can also do it in fancy mini cups or mason jars for individual use for a simcha or mishloach manos

Do you have a recipe? Or is it just crumbs and cream?

Make coffee with 1 spoon instant coffee and 1 spoon sugar. Mix in half with cream (non-dairy creamer or quark) and vanilla. Then layer the crumbs or bisquits, sprinkle with coffee mix, then layer cream and repeat. I don't have an exact recipe but you can add more sugar to the cream if you like. Some bisquits tend to be sweeter so it depends on how sweet you want it

Thank you! You don’t have to whip the cream?

Whenever I have cake crumbs I dry them out then store them in the freezer, and use them when I make babka. It adds delicious flavor and texture to the babka fillings.
