I think Motrin and Tylenol would help? Especially Motrin, if you’re allowed to take that.
Also- I don’t know- but what about epsom salt in a warm bath?

Take down in the inflammation. Magnesium, ginger, melatonin, proteolytic enzymes, boswellia, glutathione.
