A maroon sweater in the wash turned my gray and white towel PINK. Is there anything that can be done for it? Is there hope?

Wash it on its own in with regular detergent and like 7 Shout Color Catcher sheets and pray for the best. Hopefully you didn't dry it in the dryer.

If you dried the towel already, there probably isn't much to do. If the towel is still wet, rewash if with afew color catcher sheets.

OP if it makes you feel better... I also enjoy these days some white towels that have a shade of pink;)
It gets lighter with each wash though...
Just saying that you're not the only one making these mistakes:)

I just washed the purple skirt for the fifth time and it still turned things in the wash purple. I totally forgot that I had to wash it separately. I really didn't expected to take so many washes. I ruined a few things in the meantime. Unfortunately I didn't pay attention until after the things were dried. Sorry no solution just empathy and it's annoying.
