Homewood suites in East Rutherford. If you are planning on using the pool just be warned many are closed so make sure to inquire before you book.
What I have done in the past is call the brand directly like hilton or marriaot and say what you want, 2 bedroom in nj and they will tell you all the hotels that fit that criteria.

We've stayed in a 2-bedroom suite at the Hyatt House in Mt. Laurel and were very happy with it.
