How long does dill dip last?

If it's made of just mayo and spices, shouldnt it last in the fridge for a really long time?

I never had it go bad, but it does start separating (homemade)

ok good so from now on I'm going to save the leftovers. Me n DH love dill dip on shabbos but never finish a full container.
My mom never saves whats left of dips she says they go bad after a few days anyway...

My mayo lasts in my fridge a long time, so I would expect Dill Dip to do the same.

I find that after two weeks it gets a little sour.
This is my fave recipe

Dill recipe:
1 c mayo
¼ c sugar
¼ c vinegar
2 or 3 garlic cubes
1 pkg dill or 4-5 frozen dill ( dill weed)
Blend

Huge batch, no sugar
You can halve it easily.

I use about 16 dill cubes in it
