Would love your suggestions for a vegetable and a starch side to serve for shabbos dinner with a coffee rubbed London broil. I’m not sure what flavors go well with coffee.
Thank you!

Whatever you like - when you use coffee as part of a recipe for a meat rub, the taste is very subtle - not like eating a Frappuccino
What are other spices in the rub - are they more Asian, Mediterranean, Indian, Middle American?
What do you like - you can never go wrong with rosemary baked potatoes or roasted veggies and a green salad with a nice dressing always works unless you are going for a "theme"

Mashed potatoes. Possibly with the same herbs as in the rub. Simple sautéed green beans. Maybe roasted butternut squash or some sort of sweet potatoes.

Yumm what's the recipe? I was going to say white rice or mashed potatoes (assuming there's some gravy from meat) and green beans / asparagus / other roasted veggies
