Those ingredients do not need a hechsher.
If there are fruits with bug issues, they must be blended completely.

Are you sure about that? The ingredients themselves might be okay, but there's no way of knowing what knife was used to cut the ingredients and what other ingredients might have come in contact with them...

If it's plain fruit I heard it's ok since there are other ing I would say it needs a hecsher. But ask someone more knowledgeable than me.

Food is either kosher or not kosher. A hechsher doesn't make food kosher, absence of a hechsher doesn't make food not kosher. A hechsher just certifies that someone knowledgeable has investigated and is validating that an item is kosher. But it was kosher regardless.

Email the ou. They will ask for a picture of the package. I had a question recently and they responded right away.

Fruits dealt with in mass production do not have an issue with non kosher knives. Three are factory machines that only do fruit and even if there ever was something problematic, on such a large scale, it would be batul. All major kashrus organizations allow frozen fruit without a hechsher and problematic additives, with the bug issue being a separate problem.

Some additives are never an issue. Absorbic and citric acid are 2 of those.

Background: My father has been in hashgacha for 30ish years, my husband was trained by the Star K, and I frequent kashrus shiurim as much as I can given by people trained by both the CRC and Star K. I am not a posek, but all this is common knowledge of how the major kashrus organizations hold (I don't know about heimish hechsherim). Feel free to ask your own shaila, it's the best thing you can do, but don't throw it out because I'm fairly certain you'll get an ok response. OU and Star K (4104844110) are very responsive.

Just curious, do you eat national hechsherim or heimish only?
Who were you told by?
Was it referring to frozen fruit in particular?

I have heard directly several times first-hand from one of the directors of AKO (Association of Kashrus Organizations) that there's no such problem in mass production.

Frozen fruit that has grapes in it can be a problem. I was told I couldn’t buy fresh smoothies , juices etc because they use same equipment for grapes
