Fresh Start Workshop:

ONLY 2 SPOTS LEFT FOR FEB. 14 THE WOMEN ONLY WORKSHOP

DON'T SURVIVE. THRIVE.

Located on a beautiful Michigan island right off of Lake Erie, Fresh Start is focused on your healing. Our workshop offers you a 5-day experience that will allow you to understand, process, and begin to heal from your past, including unresolved childhood issues, neglect, trauma, and abuse.

Our licensed clinical team is inspired by the work of Dr. Bessel Van der Kolk, Dr. Janina Fisher, Dr. Peter Levine, Rabbi Shais Taub, Rabbi Shimon Russell, Pia Mellody, and others.

Using universally accepted psychology principles combined with authentic Torah values our workshop provides you with the critical insight you need to process, heal and grow.

Under the guidance and leadership of respected doctors, therapists, and rabbonim, this workshop will help you approach your past with compassion while teaching you new skills to “re-parent” yourself. This will create the environment to help you let go of negative messages and emotions that are based on painful early experiences in your life, thereby allowing you to be freer to connect with your authentic self, resulting in a life of meaning and fulfillment.

This workshop will enable participants to:

Gain insight into how your past experiences and relationships impact your present functioning
Develop skills related to emotion regulation and appropriate boundary setting
Strategies for ongoing management of stress and conflict
Explore the origins of your self-defeating behaviors and increase your self-esteem through the processing and release of old wounds
Reclaim your authentic self and move toward emotional freedom
Learn how your spirit, body & mind respond to trauma
Create a better relationship with your spouse
Better understand and connect with your children
Create an authentic and healing relationship with Hashem
