I don't do well with coffee. My heart rate increases, my body shakes. But I like the way my head clears after I drink it. Decaf doesn't measure up in taste. Does anyone know of a kosher coffee alternative?

Tea and milk is delicious. You can buy one with caffeine for that clearing, it has less than coffee.

Or mix half caffeine and half decaf coffee.

I used to think there really isn't a comparison but lately I find some teas, specifically from David's Tea to be pretty good.
I do a coffee in the AM and a tea in the afternoon/ evening.

Do you use instant? Instant decaf should NOT be a thing 🤮 If you use a French press or a drip, Starbucks decaf tastes exactly the same as caffeinated

I feel your pain! Coffee is so yum and really does help with energy but ohhhh the crash.
And I get addicted really fast.

I've been debating about trying mushroom coffee. Check out Truvani or Four Sigmatic - they're not kosher but to read up about them.
And then I saw some kosher brands but haven't gotten around to ordering them.

Dandelion Root powder is an excellent alternative that offers many health benefits. Worth trying out. THere are also some great tea options.

Tea does NOT taste anything like coffee. Sanka and any instant are much closer.

Is this Postum, or something like it? Do you make it yourself and if so, how?

Be careful if you have seasonal ragweed allergies! Chicory is in the ragweed family! Found out the hard way.

Roasted dandelion root is a coffee-ish like tea.
