Any tips on getting cereal to stick? Whenever I try to make chicken cutlets with cornflakes or rice krispie they all fall off.

While that’s marinating, mix the following ingredients together :
2 cups flour
1 heaping Tbl baking powder
4 frozen garlic cubes
1 tsp salt
2 tsp paprika
Add this mixture to the chicken and mix well. (Yes the flour mixture gets added directly into the oj / teriyaki sauce mixture ) As you are mixing you may need to add up to a cup of water if the mixture is very thick. •
3-4 cups corn flakes
3-4 cups Frosted Flakes
Crush this by hand and coat the chicken. You can either fry the chicken now or lay it on parchment paper on a cookie sheet and bake it. If you are baking it spray the chicken well with oil. Bake on 375. 20 minutes lightly covered and 10-15 minutes uncovered. Every oven bakes differently and it will also go quicker if your cutlets are very thin. •
This goes great with garlic mayo
1 cup mayo (lite or regular)
1 Tbl honey
3 frozen garlic cubes
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Splash of lemon juice
Dash of salt
Dash of black pepper
Mix by hand •

Wow. So the reason people like the taste is the sugar. Frosted Flakes?
I wonder about an adaptation using corn flakes and honey. I wish the sweetness wasn't part of it.
