I’d like to travel to Florida with my young children.
Which airline do we have the best chance with to be kind and understanding.
(Of course we will follow rules, but just in case my toddler acts up etc)

Delta. As per their website:
“Children under the age two and young children who cannot maintain a face covering are exempt from the mask requirement.”

I didn't have an issue with United, but I did see in the news that others did.

I just flew United and jet blue with my three year old. United was the nicest! Flight attendants didn’t say a word. Jet blue on the other hand mentioned a few times for my daughter to pull up her face mask from around her chin. They also kept making announcements in the loudspeaker about it. After wearing it the whole trip, she had enough of wearing it and refused. She pulled her blanket over her face and that was it. They definitely could have been worse and been much tougher. It really depends on the flight attendants you get.

It really depends on the flight attendants. I had a great 3 flights with American then an awful one where the flight attendant wouldn’t stop harassing us about the mask on my son....

Had a great experience with delta, and they still keep middle seats empty.
Jet blue was a packed flight, not an empty seat, and they were quite nasty.
