Any specific products to make it easier? My cleaning lady just left, and she did a good job I think

I'll add a dirty short cut tip for the no-time or no-cleaning-lady crowd:
Hang up a car air freshener, like those little trees, next to the toilet. They successfully cover up a lot of pee smell.
And סבון אסלה. Don't know how it's called in English. Those fragrant colored chunks in a holder that one hangs in the toilet bowl.
Of course, eventually cleaning is the only way out. And encouraging the little guys to aim well.

Honestly, any bathroom cleaner is fine. I try to use a pet cleaner to spot clean after every use that I am aware of, but obviously with a few little boys it isn't possible to clean after every use. For the thorough once/twice a day cleaning I just use hot water, vinegar, baking soda and borax. My cleaning lady uses bleach when she does it twice a week. You can probably use any cleaning solution.
