Thanks a lot. I never seem to have enough ingredients in the house to make anything! I have no idea what to make for dinner tonight.

I'm really out of ideas... I feel like every night I make a mix of fried veggies with tuna, or chop meat, or chicken... over rice or noodles. I am bored of it. I was so not born to be a cook!

We eat beans A LOT--meat isn't readily available where we are posted right now (kosher, that is Wink ), and most dairy isn't either. I get some shipped in, but... Beans are cheap, easy, and super quick if you use the canned kind or make in bulk. So a few dairy or parve bean ideas, all easily made from a can of black, pinto, even white beans:

-bean burritos
-bean dip for chips, bread, or veggies
-cornbread bake (with rice, beans, sometimes corn, spices, tomato sauce, etc. topped with cornbread batter and baked)
-taco pizza (with mashed beans and spices instead of sauce on a pizza crust)
-bean "burgers"

...sometimes I feel like my kids might turn into little beans themselves! LOL

But without meat, without a lot of dairy...we adapt and overcome!
