Hi
I would like to make homemade pita. I only see one recipe online from the New York Times.
has anyone made it? Or do you have your own delicious recipe?
Extra credit for half white whole wheat

I use that recipe but mix half whole wheat flour. Maybe add a little more water than recommended. Always turns out yummy!

I made it in the morning on yomtov once. I use 100% white whole wheat flour and do it on the stove stove. It's delicious! I can post the recipe when I find it.
