My parents live in boca, I live in ny. My dad was just taking into the hospital they suspect Covid but also a possible heart attack. My mom is hysterical because they won’t let her in. Any drs or ppl who can help that work in the hospital or get us some info from the er?

Can you call the patient rep at the hospital? They usually have one.
