I am told that the picture I send in needs to be in high resolution. How do I know what that is?
When I right click the image (on my phone) the details say its 3264 x 2448. Is that ok? or do I need to change it?
Thanks!

For your purposes, no, just send that original photograph. That is high resolution ie the original quality is the maximum quality it can be.

Graphic designer here.
Technically, high res generally means the resolution you would need for it to print perfectly clear. That is 300x300 pixels per inch.
So if you are printing the resolution you mentioned at about 8x11 inch, that's high res.
Any bigger than that and the quality won't be ideal.
And as the above poster said you have to be careful how you send it so that it doesn't get shrunk.
