Sounds like rosacea. A dermatologist can help with treatment of the condition.

Just to clarify, it's not a rash, more like red cheeks like when you blush, but its always there, sometimes worse, and at time better/lighter

It is usually a sign of food intolerance. Dairy or wheat is usually the main culprit. My ds had that, allergist told us, totally gone. Try one for a few months, if not that usually the other.

I had that in my teenage years as well. I had rosacea. Talk to a dermatologist. For me it went away in my 20s, but that does not happen for everyone. Good luck.

Sounds like rosacea to me too.
Good luck.
Haven’t found much that works unless you put concealer.
Would love to hear more ideas.

Vitamin c serums are supposed to help.
The ordinary or the inkey list or drunk elephant are brands I would recommend

I would say try eliminateing foods cuz it's likely that. At the same time, like another poster said, niacinamide can bring in down.

This happened to me and is happening to one of my dc
The dermatologist said that our skin is very fair, and that we need to wear more sunscreen. She told us both that we don't have rosacea.
I have to admit, the redness improved because of the sunscreen.

I had red cheeks as a girl and nothing really helped.
Recently been diagnosed with pcos and dr told me red cheeks are a symptom.
