There's one specifically designed for a car seat, it's small and fits perfectly in a car seat. The bigger one is made for a stroller & won't fit in a car seat.

I was in touch with customer service before I purchased to make sure I’m getting the correct one. I purchased the Nido for my carseat and am very happy with it. She told me that the Nido and car seat cocoon are the two options for infants.

just checked out a video of the nido, it makes mea bit nervous that the baby is bundled so deep inside...my baby is a premie so shes very tiny. do u find ur baby gets hidden deep inside?
also the cocoon looks like it doesnt have much warmth, more of a buffer from the wind
