As purim is friday this year I want to give dips and challe as MM anyone easy recipes that freezes well?

Dips can stay in the fridge for a long time. Think. How long you have the same mayonnaise jar. Freezing will usually change the texture and color.

Pretty much anything that’s not mayonnaise based, but what I do, is freeze before adding mayo.

I freeze matbucha, and a dip that's roasted eggplant and peppers with tomato sauce, salt pepper garlic and sugar.

ive frozen many without mayo

spanish eggplant
roasted red pepper salad
techina
tomato
roasted garlic cloves

I freeze my fried onions and roasted mushroms
with the seasoning I sue for dip
deforst erev shabbos and blend with some mayo

I don't think you can freeze tomato dip, babaganoush, or stuff like that without reblending it and adding mayo as needed.
Chummus, techina, fried eggplant dip, red pepper dip, all those don't need to be remixed when they're defrosted.

Olive dip takes literally 5 minutes to make.. Belnd a tin or jar of olives with mayo and some lemonjuice - delish!
