Hi all! I need to lose at least 20 pounds in the next 4 weeks. I tried just watching what I eat but it doesn't work. I do exercise as well and I'm not seeing results.
Any recommendations for a good nutritionist in boro park? Any good advice? Thanks!

No, you don't. That is never healthy.

You can try the dunkan diet.(google it! Attack phase is only protein + oat bran then add fruits and vegetables on alternate days)Hard to maintain on the long run but amazing if you want to feel good for the wedding!
You can do dunkan for the next 4 weeks and then switch to a more regular diet.
Btw I have a friend who lost very nicely on dunkan and adding 2 sices of whole wheat bread per day(120calories)
If you want to keep track of calories I found bitesnap to be helpful.(but it won't help you eat healthy! The advantage is you can have a pc of chocolate just count the calories!!!)

First of all, not everyone who takes metformin loses weight AND that is not the IKAR of metformin. If you were given that, then you probably have pcos and so this helps with sugar levels and weight loss is just a nice side effect that some get.

Go vegan - whole foods plant based.
No animal products at all and very low fat.
