This is what I make:

(6) Quartered potatoes (preferably Yukon gold)
(3) Quartered sweet potatoes
(2) Latge chunks carrots
Cubed meat (I pick any piece of meat in the grocery that's well marbelized).

Season with salt, pepper and paprika.

Put in bag and twist the bag closed. Add water beneath the bag. Put the lid over the closed bag.

I put it on low shortly before shabbos (an hour or two).

Do not add oil or water. The steam and the fats from the meat will give it lots of liquid.

It's delicious.

**I find that when I make a smaller amount (just enough for 2 people) it doesn't taste as good. Rather make a larger amount and have extra for Sunday.
