Every so often I make homemade pizza in the pizza maker.
Why does the bottom always get so hard? I know pizza is supposed be a bit crusty, but this is way more.
I am not overbaking because the top comes out perfect.

It's still possible you're overdoing it. I leave it in no more than 10 min for the first one and even less for the next few
