I would try to find the person and then ask what their rate is. Sounds like it will be hard to find for those hours. Also honestly doesn’t really sound like a mother’s helper, sounds like a babysitter since you are not around and available at all times.

Frum women take a lot of money for babysitting.
Those are very hard hours to find. In general it’s not easy finding frum childcare help in your home in Monsey.
I don’t think you’ll find someone frum for that rate.
Your best bet would be someone in college or post seminary who teaches. These women will take less than an older woman.

I know a girl who does this, $20. An hour. I looked for this myself - found an older woman for $20. An hour. No housekeeping whatsoever.
I gave up and hired someone non Jewish who is cheaper and does housekeeping and is very warm and loving. And responsible. I have lots of cameras in my house and I’m home part of the time. Most people I know ended up doing the same.
(Got a lot of chasidish women interested, but they also wanted me to pay for car service which just made it all extremely expensive and totally not feasible.)
