Looking for chocolate chip cookie recipe that retains ball shape while baking and doesn't flatten. Would appreciate any leads.

There's a great recipe in the spice and spirit cookbook. Do you have it?
The trick to getting a chunky looking cookie is not to roll the cookie into a ball. Instead, you need to drop a spoonful of dough. If you really want them to pop, you strategically add some extra chips after you spoon drop.
