Does anyone have a no eggs, no dairy recipe for hamentaschen dough that they love?
I've got a vegan sugar cookie recipe I may try to adapt, but wondering if others have recommendations.

Parve frozen pie crust dough. The type that comes in a rolled up rectangle. Just thaw it out, roll it out a bit thinner, and cut into circles.
It's not too sweet, so when you put your sweet filling in it's the perfect balance.
I used it to make vegetarian samosas the other day, and they came out perfect!

You try the classic vegan/ egg allergy issue replacing 1 large egg with 1 Tbsp soy flour and 1 Tbsp water, mixed.

Can you do something else in shape of hamantasch like sushi triangles made from rice or soy wrap with fish or veggie filling etc
