I'm not the last minute type but I just was asked to host the purim seuda. I would like to do it buffet style and put out finger foods, plus potato Kugel cuz that's an easy sell.

Can you give me recipes please? No Franks n blanks, but everything else.
Egg rolls
Meat cigars
Pulled beef tacos
Whatever other ideas you have, pls share!

I like doing fried rice but it's not exactly finger food.

Sliders- your regular hamburger recipe in a mini bun, held together with a fancy toothpick.

Pastrami pockets- cut up a package of pastrami, mix with some honey and mustard, and fill small square puff pastry dough by placing a spoonful of the mixture in the middle and folding the corners in. Egg the outside, top with sesame seeds, and bake till puffy.

Shredded brisket makes a lot of good minis like cigars or wontons or tacos. Just add a brisket to a crockpot with a cup of bbq sauce and some water and cook for about 5 hours till soft and easily shredable.

For sides- any type of muffin like pumpkin, butternut squash, etc. (I tend to google when I make these)

Veggie flowers- sauté diced onions, peppers, and mushrooms until cooked through. Mix in an egg, salt and pepper. Take a sprayed muffin pan and place a wonton wrapper in each cup so that the corners stick out like a flower. Add the veggie mix in each cup and spray with oil. Bake until wonton wrappers look browned and crisp.

Various other sliced veggies can be provided prettily in a platter- raw celery, carrots, peppers, tomatoes, with some pareve ranch dip.
