I got the specs and plans for a new duplex.
I want to stick as much as possible to builder's options.

I was told to visit people who just built homes and get ideas...im not comfortable doing that for a lot of reasons.
Is there a designer, not to expensive that will help me with all the options? Please post any recommendations!
