I wouldn't eat anything cooked out of your chalav Stam kitchen. Obviously it's not treif but I still wouldn't.

You mean anything that's dairy, or anything at all?

I have many relatives who do not keep chalav Yisrael, including my in-laws. Of course I eat at their houses, without any interrogation of the status of their pots. Very Happy

Its a real halachic shaleh. Which unfortunately I cant source for you.
When I was single and considering boarding by a family who ate chalav stam one of my family members told me that I couldn’t because of their keilim - even if I only eat chalav yisroel.
I ended up speaking to a Rav who acknowledged that that is an opinion and there are those very makpid on keilim. However he gave me the OK to live there...

I do eat by some ppl that eat chalav stam but truthfully it's my siblings and I wouldn't want to be machmir in such a case.
Op it's not a black and white answer. It's a chumra not to. It depends on scenario.
Going to a restaurant, no!
To eat by your parents if you're makpid at home, yes!
To eat milchig by friends when you could easily avoid it (for ex.by making a fleishig meal), no!
If you're not sure, ask a rav!
