Op- that looks like a really good deal. I would go for it before the sale ends.
Also, just FYI, I don't know if there really is such a thing as washable, genuine down. I would send it to the dry cleaner regardless of what the label says. Not worth the risk imo.

I got down comforters at Costco a few years back. They are nice but I don't think any nicer than the ones your posted a link for. I paid around the same price. Down is down.

I don't think they can be washed. I'd be nervous especially since you're spending 200. On the other hand, it looks like a good sale. Also, if you have 48" beds, they don't have that size.

Down comforters can definitely be washed but do so rarely. Use a front loader machine with mild detergent. Dry it well, putting in tennis balls of sneakers. This helps the comforter fluff up as it dries. I have used stuffed animals with good results too. Dry it for a couple of hours as the comforter fabric will feel dry bit the down inside can still be wet.

I never washed my down comforter, so I can't speak to that aspect, but I did buy the Charter Club down comforter and am not too happy with it. I find it very heavy, like there's a ton of bricks lying on me. Everyone is different, so this may not bother you. I ended up buying another down comforter from Downright. I like it soooo much better. It's nice and light and fluffy. And it keeps me nice and warm. I think the price is comparable if you buy it locally "in town."
