Hi ladies! Since Purim will be looking a little different this year and we'll be having a seuda just us with the kids, I want to make it fun! So, trying to think of creative food ideas that don't necessarily mean tons and tons of dishes, since we aren't that many people. Wanna help? So far I've got:
'Giant' chili hotdog or super long sub sandwich
Brunch board
Pancake or waffle bar

Lollipop chicken or beef kebabs are always fun. Anything on a stick. Held in tall glass cups, fun cups / vases, or in a rose stem holder.

Filll your own hamantashen?
I would use ready dough rounds and have prepared filling such as sliced hotdogs , pulled beef , cut up Cold cuts etc. let kids fill it the way they’d like , fold it and then put them in to bake for about 15 minutes

I have relatives who line the table with foil and let the kids eat spaghetti and meatballs with no plates or utensils once a year... extreme silly. not my cup of tea, but they say it is fun

One year dd made a meatloaf and mashed potatoes layered "cake". Round pans of meatloaf was the cake. Mashed potatoes for between the 'cake' layers and for the icing. She decorated the top with grape tomatoes.

I'm also thinking kid friendly and not too much work for me...I like some of these! Found this idea and thought the presentation was cute https://www.312food.com/how-to.....oard/

These caramel banana hotdogs are funny and go with the theme of silly food but I don't know if they'd actually be eaten in my house. Maybe if the buns were cake LOL
