Give her what she allows you to eat.
Do nutritionist not listen to their own advice

Vegetable platter with dips, or fruit platter.
Or wine bottle with pineapple or something else large that can just be wrapped together.

Both a fruit platter (can be a small, personal one, no need for huge expensive one) and also dried fruit and nuts gift would be a good idea.

Or bag with healthier food options (pistachios or other dry-roasted nuts, pineapple, etc) is healthy, classy and easy to be utilized.

Interestingly, not necessarily. Nutrition is very individual. I tell people what I did if they ask me for help but it’s up to them how they implement it.

I’m in school right now with registered dietitians and profs who have phd’s in nutrition. I doubt I’d accept a client who needed the opposite of what I do but there’s a range of behaviour in people who do what I do, and just because I don’t, let’s say eat processed ’keto’ doesn’t mean that others can’t do it.

I agree that most people could use a vegetable or fruit platter even if they don’t personally eat something
