We are looking to rent a big house in Orlando for Pesach and there seems to be nothing available. Does anyone know why and where we can possibly find one?

To answer your “why”, most people booked months ago. Think before Chanukah.

Orlando has thousand of villas. We’ve done this in the past at this time of year and never had this issue.

Well yes, but if your looking in any of the gated communities that have a heavy Jewish presence over pesach then you’re much more limited.
But I have no idea where you’re looking.

This year many more people are going to Orlando than ever before. You may just be too late.

As to "why" many people who usually go to a pesach program in a hotel are going to a villa in Orlando with catered food instead because of covid. This way they can be with family in a warm climate with catered food but not in a hotel with many people.
So many more people booked villas this year and earlier than usual

Contact chabad Orlando, they might be able to help you out. If you have your own minyan and you don't mind staying elsewhere in Florida you might have better luck.

Jacksonville is well priced. Kissimee. Panama City. Gainsville is close to Orlando and reasonably priced.
Those areas cheaper from what ive seen while Zillow shopping for housing in Florida. The Kosher food will need to be brought from another place though. Its possibly that Jacksonville has some kosher places bt you would need to find out.
Daytona is North as well, Jewish community. Not sure about pricing - likely on cheaper end too. They should have Kosher stores.
