I’d like to bake several bundt cakes for Thursday nights break the fast meal.
I’m planning to bake some tomorrow (Tuesday morning) and the rest Tuesday night/Wednesday morning.
Do I freeze the cakes or keep them sealed at room temperature? What would you recommend?

I would just wrap well as Bundt cakes are fairly moist and keep well.
By the time the cake is frozen, it would be time to defrost for Thursday anyway :-)

Thanks - that’s what I was thinking.
One cake is a heavier meltaway cake - does that matter?

I would also wrap well at room temperature. If you’re going to use a frosting or glaze, I’d keep that separate until Thursday.
