R’ Wosner is known to be anti vax. As was his father Z”l who passed away from covid after being taken to a grandchild’s wedding two weeks earlier. He suffered from dementia. He didn’t need to be taken to the wedding.

The JCVI has recommended that the vaccines can be received whilst breastfeeding. This is in line with recommendations from the USA and the World Health Organization.

I personally chose to get only 1 vaccine during pregnancy, which would give me a substantial amount of antibodies (I had none previously) at a time that my community was catching it a lot and news from Israel was concerning, so I felt safer this way.

I also inquired and heard that people who were vaccinated had safely given birth to healthy babies.

Yes, I am aware. I've discussed it multiple individuals and I do not believe that the risk is significant enough to not get the vaccine. Also, I did decide that the J&J was not appropriate for a woman in my age group so I opted for Pfizer (or Moderna).
