I think both are beautiful names B"H, just wondering what others think of these two name choices.

Thank you.

Both are beautiful. Look at your daughter and see if she is an Elisheva or if she is an Avigail.

Avisheva. Or Eligayil. JK.

Both are lovely; I just wouldn't used both for the same person because that would be one loooong moniker even without a surname.

I love both. I know more Elisheva’s so I’d probably go with Avigayil for something more unique.

This. You have to look at the baby after they're both to see what/if the name fits.

I like both names but I prefer Elisheva.
I find Avigail a bit of a mouthful.
Something about the sequence of the second and third syllables seems awkward to me. I do like the English pronunciation though. Abigail does away with that awkwardness somehow.

Interesting. I know far more Avigayils. Elisheva was more common here a few generations ago and now it has a retro vibe.

I heard about twins named Elisheva and Avigayil.

My daughter is Avigayil and I love it. We chose it because the meaning worked out perfectly for our situation.
