Need something small, simple and nice. Not too costly - under $10 as its for the teachers and giving a gift card as well. Would love to put together a few small packages items or something like that but don’t know how to arrange it, what looks nice together....

The kosher stores have beautiful things in all price ranges. You can probably get a small gold box of chocolates, plus a small bottle of grape juice, sparkling grape juice, or even wine. Stores also sell nice packaging, but you can buy small gift bags from Amazon, too.
Gift bags, 24 for $13 on Amazon
Chocolates, $3-4 for a small, pretty box, or $3 or less for a bar of good chocolate
Small grape juice - $1-2 or less, depending on your location.
Will that work?
If you want even cheaper, buy a small clear plastic box and fill it with candies you buy in bulk, put on a ribbon or bow.

Buy clear cellophane bags and a roll of ribbon. Once you see what size your bags are, go to the store and find 2-3 items to fit in. A sparkling grape juice, danish and chocolate bar? A box of wafer rolls and a grape juice? A bag of flavored popcorn and a coffee drink? Something like that...
