I want to give mishloach manot to someone who is on a low oxalate diet. What are some ideas of what I can give them? Fruit? Veggies? I would even cook them a meal as I may not have time to go out and buy packaged stuff. Below is a list of what I am giving everyone else. Please let me know which foods are low in oxalate:
Guacamole
Corn chips
Chumus
Carrots
Granola bar
Chumuntashen
Seltzer
Halva
Apple

Almost everything on your list is high oxalate. Except seltzer lol. Apple is fine too.
