Hoping to possibly travel to Detroit next week Are people now allowed to eat in restaurants? What are the best places to eat out both milchig and fleishig? Are there any touring sites open? Are dressing rooms open in the stores? TIA

I don't know about eating in yet but Prime 10 has outdoor heated seating.
Elegant Expressions and Shell Shop have open dressing rooms.
