We tip both. But for one each class collects the same amount of each kid and gives the teacher/rebbe a gift card.

I give by PTA and Purim.
The amount depends on how much we have at the time usually anywhere from $25-100.

We give at least $100 both times, we often give more depending on the situation. We do not have a lot and are not big spenders, we have a lot of hakarat hatov for them, many rabbim rely on this to help them pull through pesach

Just wrote out checks for $1600 for my 3 boys tips .

$200 for each Rabbi/ magid shiur,
$500 Rosh Yeshivah
$100 minor Magid Shiur

Very similar for Chanukah.

I know this is generous. Have t given this much in the past when our income was lower.

In chassidish cheders it is the norm to tip $100 and up.
