I don’t know what others give. This is what I give
Elementary girls - Hebrew $25 English 2 teachers- $10/each. 1 teacher-$20
My daughters has some teachers that teach very little. I wasn’t going to send but she wanted. So I sent m”m and $10.
(Hebrew teacher is there more hours)

Kindergarten - I’m giving $35. Would normally give $25 but she is wonderful Morah and could use the money. I don’t have assistant but would’ve given $15.

I live & teach OOT, there is no norm.
Some don't even give MM.
Some give MM, no tip.
Some (a very few to be honest) give MM and a tip, usually not more than $18.

It's all good. I have no expectations, I appreciate whatever I'm given.

I have one daughter in Kindergarten, gave $50 to both teacher and assistant. I don't think the assistant deserves less just because she has a different title.
(I put it in the mishloach manos basket but my baskets are super simple. )

What do you do if current Morah is a substitute because the regular Morah is on maternity leave?

You send to the regular Morah, if possible.

I do gift card to Judaica plaza. Did $36 to Hebrew teacher, and $20 to each English teacher (2).
