What should a new 1 yr old drink

Guess she's not an infant anymore.
What should my just turned 1 baby be drinking and how much? My milk supply is very reduced not sure why.

Now that your baby is 1, she should have access to as much water as she wants. You can also give her about 8-10oz of whole milk a day but you don't have to if she's getting other sources of fat and Vit D and such.

Offer water all day, she can have as much as she wants. 16-20 oz of whole milk is recommended as well, but cheese and yogurt is included in that so don't stress. We do water with meals and throughout the day, and milk with snacks.

My 1 year old drinks only water and has a formula bottle at night. He doesn't like milk. Non of my babies drank milk, the dr said it's not an issue.

I guess you dont live in the us but its whole milk. Red is just the color of the packaging in order to differentiate between the different kinds of milk
