Looking for an idea to give something for their seuda or shabbos. They are an older couple eating themselves so they don't need big platters.

I do a peanut chew platter with sparkling grape juice.
It’s more dessert than seuda food, but everyone enjoys some sweets!

Thanks for your response.
Thats why I mentioned that my parents are older, and don't have guest for the seuda this year. I want to send something useful.
They wouldn't appreciate peanut chew...

I am sending my parents homemade challah and a nice bottle of wine. I told them about the challah ahead of time so they know not to buy any.

Small fruit platter? Last year I sent my parents home made compote with rolls and dips.
Think what your parents would appreciate. Would they want a dessert/sweets etc. Or maybe a sweet kugel they can't be bothered making. Couple of salads?

I'm so grateful for all your helpful responses.
I'm not up to making challos and kugels now. Dips are a good idea, though I think another sibling is already sending them that.
A fruit, fish or deli platter is something they enjoy yearly with all the guest around.
Would they enjoy it on their own? Possibly. I might just pick one to send.
More ideas are welcome.

Were far from well off financially. But we need to give something decent.
I used to send all the years a large bowl of fruit salad (Jello and canned fruit compote).
I want something else this year.

How about a lovely bouquet of flowers that will last for Purim and Shabbos and maybe with it a compatment container of nuts and chocolate for everyone to enjoy.
