Could I still use raw cutlets and naval pastrami if left out

I thought someone put it away but after many hours I found it by the front door.
The temperature was about 70 in the house.
I felt them and they were coolish to a bit warm.
Could I still use it? I really don't want to get anyone sick but it's so expensive and I don't have any more money to buy more.

The naval pastrami is fine.

Raw chicken needs to still be cool in order for you to use it. You decide if it was cool or warm.

I'd use the pastrami but honestly I wouldn't risk it with the raw chicken. Sorry.... That's so hard.

I did the same thing today. How many hours is too many for raw chicken? It was out for about 2.5-3 hours.

I think 2.5 -3 hrs is fine. Its cool out now not like you left it out in the heat. Smell the chicken it should have no (or extremely mild) odor, if it smells too 'chickeny' means its off.
