My friend's son has just broken his arm and I wanted to send in something to say I'm thinking of them. Anyone has any good ideas for what a 6yo boy could play or do in this situation? He can't use one arm and is in a lot of pain and can't really do anything.
I don't have much money to spend so it can't be anything very expensive.

I like this! or maybe books on tape if he's into that... we used to listen to those on long car rides as kids all the time

A bunch of get-well balloons (we get them at our local dollar store) with a toy or candy as a weight.
